Ordered before 5 p.m., delivered the next working day
If we receive your order before 5 p.m., you will receive it on the next working day (only for deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein). As a general rule, no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Withdrawal of orders
Orders placed with the withdrawal option before 5 p.m. can be collected on the next working day at our Salavaux counter. Goods ordered before 10 a.m. can usually be collected on the same day, but please contact us by telephone to announce your visit.
Our counter is open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
