Doorbird - IP Access Control System DoorBird A1121 Surface mount, V2A stainless steel, brushed

The DoorBird A1121 is a compact, multi-technology IP-based access control system that can also be installed as a stand-alone solution. It provides reliable access control in areas where the installation of an IP video intercom is not possible or desirable, e.g. on back and side doors, garages and underground garages, storage rooms or bike and machine rooms. The keypad is illuminated, so that the device can also be installed in an unlit environment.

Thanks to its compact design, the device can be easily placed on a door frame. The access control system is also perfect if you want to create one-time or time-limited access codes for visitors.

The device is designed for both indoor and outdoor mounting, and is also available as a retrofit version for retrofitting into existing panels. The front panel is made of solid 3 mm (0.12 inch) brushed steel. All keys are backlit.

The DoorBird A1121 can be connected to the network via WiFi or a LAN cable. When the device is connected with a network cable, it can be powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE). In the event of a temporary Internet outage, all functions are retained within the local network.

Apart from the network connection and power supply (PoE or 15 V DC), no additional hardware is required, as the software for the IP access solution runs inside the device.

The DoorBird A1121 is equipped with two relays and has a configurable Wiegand output interface for integration into an existing access control or alarm system.

With the HTTP(S) call application, you can also integrate the device into third-party home and building automation systems.

You can define custom schedules, validities and actions for each PIN code, RFID transponder, etc. By combining the DoorBird IP access control system with our A1081 DoorBird I/O IP door controller, you can control up to three additional gates, doors or lifts, with anti-tamper security, even if they are not in the vicinity of the device.

The integrated anti-tamper sensor can detect a removal of the device and send a real-time alarm, e.g. a push notification.
