Accidental gas leaks pose a threat to people's life and properties. Residents need to be alerted as soon as possible once the gas leaks. Milesight GS101 is a LoRaWAN® residential gas detector that allows you to detect methane (CH4) leakage in houses, apartments, hotels, etc., and avoids potential damage before danger occurs.

Ultra Safe Gas Alarm Threshold
The LoRaWAN® gas detector has a gas alarm threshold as low as 8% Lower Explosive Limit (LEL). But what does this mean? The Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) is the minimum concentration of flammable gas in air below which the mixture is not explosive. If the concentration of a gas is below its LEL, it cannot ignite, and the confined space is considered safe. Gas detectors show the presence of gas as a percentage of its LEL. An atmosphere with no methane will give an LEL of 0% on the gas detector, but an atmosphere with 5% methane (a concentration above which methane can be hazardous) will have an LEL of 100%.

Event Trigger - Triple Safety
LED Alarm Indicator for Various Status LoRaWAN® gas sensor has four status LED alarm indicators corresponding respectively to the powered, faulty, alarmed, and invalid status. Alarm by a Buzzer LoRaWAN® gas sensor detects methane (CH4) leakage and alerts you of danger in a buzzer with an 85dB alarm warning sound. Report Remotely via LoRaWAN® LoRaWAN® gas sensor is able to send notifications to alert you remotely once detects gas leakage.

Built-in Auto-Test Function
Stay Reliable Stay Considerate Built-In Self-Test Function The self-test function ensures the normal status of the device, it enhances the safety to a new level. Mute the Alarm as Needed The buzzer alarm can be manually turned off, which can help improve residents' home comfort.
