The Z-Stick Gen5+ controller from Aeon Labs connects to a USB port on your computer and is used to communicate with your Z-Wave network in order to control your modules from your computer. It can also be connected to a Raspberry.

What is special about this Z-Wave controller is that it has a built-in battery which allows you to use it in a portable way to include or exclude Z-Wave devices on your network.

The range of devices during inclusion is quite limited and it is not always easy to move the computer that controls your home automation system.

With the Z-Stick Gen5+ controller, you can combine all the components in your network and then recover them on your computer.

And because this controller belongs to Aeotec's Gen5 range, it outperforms everything that existed before.

It is built on the latest Z-Wave 500 series chip, providing an increase in radio range of 50% and a communication speed that is 250% faster than previous Z-Wave products.

This controller is compatible with the Z-Wave API from Sigma Designs, and therefore with a lot of software:
