Application Scenarios
It manages access control for residents and visitors in condominiums, apartments, offices, secure communities, and shared workspaces.
Communicate with your visitors or grant them access via your smartphone from anywhere in the world.
The connected video doorbell allows you to see in real-time who is ringing your home's doorbell, even if you are not at home. Connected to your internet router, it replaces a traditional doorbell and provides visual verification of the visitor's identity.
When a visitor rings the doorbell, you will receive a push notification or a call on your Akuvox indoor console, smartphone, or tablet, alerting you to the presence of someone. You can see who the visitor is in high-definition and wide-angle and talk to them. The doorbell can be used at night thanks to its night vision capability.
Akuvox doorbells are SIP and ONVIF compatible. You can retrieve the video feed on your SIP phones or your video recorder, for example.
Access your video doorbell from anywhere
IP connectivity allows you to stay connected 24/7 with the video feed from the doorbell.
The 5MP camera provides high-definition videos to see who is at your front door directly from your smartphone (iOS or Android) or tablet.
LED lighting and infrared night vision ensure quality vision in all circumstances.
Remote Interaction with Visitors
Two-way audio communication allows you to interact live with the visitor.
The video doorbell has multiple relays that you can activate remotely from your smartphone, for example, to open a garage door or an electric strike.
As this doorbell includes an RFID reader, you can distribute RFID badges or cards among authorized users to access the site, whether it is a business or a private home.
The cards or badges can be configured from the Akuvox web interface to assign individual time slots and action plans to each user.
For example, badge 1 allows access to the site from 6 am to 8 am and opens the gate. Badge 2 allows access to the site from 9 am to 6 pm and opens the gate and door.
QR Code management is very convenient for generating temporary access. For example, you can set the QR Code's validity period and the maximum number of times it can be used. Then, you can send it to the recipient, who can display it on their smartphone or print it.
Facial recognition unlocking is completely secure. No data is transmitted to the manufacturer, and everything is stored locally. The two cameras ensure that the detection cannot be counterfeited.
SIP Compatible
Akuvox doorbells and screens are truly SIP-compatible. You can configure your Akuvox equipment to make SIP calls, using, for example, your SIP account. With this capability, your doorbell can call a landline or a mobile phone, for example.
Cloud Access and Subscription
Akuvox products can be used with or without the cloud. Access to Akuvox's cloud is through the SmartPlus app for smartphones. It allows you to receive video calls, activate relays, generate temporary access QR codes, check visit history, trigger photo capture, and more.
If you purchase an Akuvox video doorbell and a screen from us at the same time, we offer you free cloud access for life. Unlike the license you could buy on our website, the version we offer does not include the ability to make calls on landlines.
If you don't want a screen, you can choose to buy a cloud license for one year or a lifetime cloud license.
These licenses are valid for one residence/family, up to a total of 4 cloud users. Beyond 4 users, an additional fee of 2 CHF per month will be required for each additional user (for the 5th, 6th, etc).
