With a distance of 12 meters and a 120° field of view, the MultiSensor 7 captures motion data that can be used for everything from security to heating management to energy conservation. Temperature sensor.
From motorized curtains and shutters to fans and thermostats, there are many ways you can use Z-Wave technology to keep a room's temperature absolutely perfect. The MultiSensor 7 provides the intelligence to do just that. Within each sensor is an incremental temperature sensor capable of accurately measuring between -10 and +50 °C and reporting temperature changes to a controller or home automation box.

Light sensor.
The Multisensor 7's digital light sensor measures the light level in a room in real time. Your home control system will be able to intelligently manage the lighting environment of the home. From opening and closing curtains, to adjusting the light level to have the perfect level whether it's day or night, the MultiSensor 7 is the intelligence behind smart lighting.

Humidity sensor.
Spaces such as bathrooms and kitchens can be too humid, while some environments are often not humid enough. The MultiSensor 7 offers additional monitoring of humidity levels ranging from 0% to 100%, enabling intelligent automation of fans, motorized windows, dehumidifiers and humidifiers.

Vibration sensor.
It measures the environment in which it is, and it also measures itself. The MultiSensor 7 contains a seismic sensor capable of detecting and reporting event-based vibrations. These slight modifications can be used to protect the MultiSensor 7 - it will know if an intruder is trying to tamper with it or if the sensor has accidentally been moved from its installation location. It will also be able to record subtle seismic activity in your home.

UV sensor.
Managing an environment perfectly means understanding it perfectly. The MultiSensor 7 accurately measures ultraviolet light; the type of light that causes everything from bleaching furniture to eye damage. Measured by tracking the World Health Organization's UV Index, the MultiSensor 7 measures a room's UV level so that its environment can be managed by curtains, blinds and lighting to protect property and health.
