The Heiman Smart Smoke Sensor features a precise smoke detection system and alerts you both acoustically and visually. In serious situations, the smoke sensor notifies you with a rapidly flashing red LED and an audible alarm. You also have the option to receive a notification on your smartphone when you're not at home. This helps prevent smoke from causing a costly fire and subsequent damage.

Using Z-Wave wireless technology, the sensor can be connected to any Z-Wave gateway. Thanks to the latest Z-Wave Plus standard, the smoke sensor has a battery life of 3 years.
