Strips from Sensative is the thinnest wireless magnetic sensor for doors and windows in the world! So thin that it can be mounted invisibly on most windows and doors.

Strips uses a magnetic sensor to sense if a window/door is opened or closed. With Strips on every window and door you get full perimeter protection. With Strips you can easily check that all windows and doors are closed, it alerts you if something unexpected happens and it can be connected with other smart home devices using Z-Wave technology.

Simple and invisible installation: No need to drill holes or lay cables! Measuring less than 3 mm, the sensor fits invisibly between the door/window and its frame. All you have to do is connect the Strips to a Z-Wave controller, and then use the adhesive mount to attach the magnet to the door or window and the sensor to the frame.

Can be used indoors and outdoors Strips are designed for both indoor and outdoor environments. Waterproof it can withstand negative temperatures down to -30°. This means that not only can you monitor your doors and windows but also your garage or garden shed.

Don't forget: With a battery that has a life of up to ten years; it is easy to forget the sensor once it is mounted. The sensor keeps track of the remaining energy in the battery and will let you know when the level is low.

Connectivity: Strips use Z-Wave technology. Z-Wave home automation enables communication between devices; Strips can even talk to you through your Smartphone. For this all you need is a Z-Wave controller to integrate the Strips into your home automation network.
